DIARY PRODUCTS: Whole milk, processed cheese such as blue, cheddar and swiss cheese, cream cheese.

Butter, cream, ghee, and margarine, magi soup, magi cubes. Sweets made with eggs, cream or butter, ready made sauces and flavours.

MEAT: Chicken without skin, Fish and lean meat, Baked, grilled or bioled.

DIARY PRODUCTS: Skim milk, low fat yogurt, fat-free or low fat cheese, white cheese.

Olive, corn or sunflower Oil, nuts, olives.

LOW FAT (TG) DIET

MEAT: Fatty meat, luncheon meat, sausage, frozen meat, meat extract, and broth.

FAT: Butter, cream, ghee, margarine, coconut and palm oil.

DIARY PRODUCTS: Processed cheese, such as blue, cheddar, Swiss cheese, or another type of cheese such as cream sweets, magi soup and cubes.

FOOD ALLOWED.
